In case of reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total price is due. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer, credit card or cash payment. The account data information will be communicated upon request.
We accept cash payments, credit card payments as well as bank transfers.
We accept cash payment in Philippine Peso, Euro or US Dollar. The exchange rate of Euro or US Dollar is dependent on the day and is therefore calculated on the day of payment. We reserve the right to reduce the exchange rate by 1.5 Philippine Peso for Euro or US Dollar.
For credit card payments, we charge an additional fee of 4% of the total amount.
Credit card terminals do not always work reliably on the island as they are dependent on the mobile and internet network.
For this reason, we recommend you to pay your final invoice in cash and can grant you a discount of 5% of the total price upon cash payment.
Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night’s charge.
Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur two night’s charge.
Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will be charged for the entire stay.
If you fail to arrive or cancel the booking, NO refund will be given.
Children 12 years and above are considered as adults and are charged an extra of 350 PHP per night.
Children aged 5-11 years are charged extra with 150 PHP per night.
Children under 5 years are not charged for the accommodation.
ALONA42 RESORT is proud that our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is ONLY allowed on outdoor areas such as: room terraces, apartment balconies, garden, bar and lounge area. Please note that an extra charge will be charged in case of smoking in the rooms.
The designated parking spaces are FREE of charge but always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Use of the WiFi/Internet is free of charge and is available in ALL areas of the resort. We can not always guarantee a good connection as it is dependent on the Internet service provider and technical conditions here on the island and the Philippines in general.
